I'm hoping you'll do me a solid anyhow, and there might be a small reward in it for you.

I'd like to know whethere you think the CIA is doing a good job?  And how about the NSA and FBI?

If you were to assign these agencies performance numbers, from 1 to 100, what would it be? (for comparison's sake, the president's approval rating has been around 30 lately)?

If you don't know much, that's fine.  The point of this unscientific research is to determine how much folks know, or might be better off it they did know.

Extra credit: NRO?  And UNICEF?
